Nicola Fontanive

Nicola Fontanive (born 25 October 1985 in Agordo ) is an Italian ice hockey player who is under contract with HC Alleghe of Serie A1 since 2011.

Career

Nicola Fontanive began his career as a hockey player with the HC Alleghe, for the first team to 2010 he was active from 2002 in the Serie A1, the highest Italian league. The 2010/11 season spent at the Center Frisk Asker from the Norwegian GET - ligaen. For the Norwegians, he scored in 36 games 25 points scorer, nine gates. For the 2011/12 season he returned to Italy for HC Alleghe.

Internationally

For Italy Fontanive took part in the junior level at the U18 Junior B World Championships in 2002 and 2003 and the U20 Junior B World Championships in 2003, 2004 and 2005. In the senior level, he stood in his country's squad at the B World Championships 2005, 2009 and 2011, and at the A World Championships in 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012.

In addition, he represented Italy at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin.
