Geography

Niederviehbach lies in the region of Landshut. The territory of the municipality Niederviehbach extends substantially to the Viehbachtal with a share in the Isar valley.

History

Niederviehbach belonged to the monastery Niederviehbach. Although the place was part of the Electorate of Bavaria, but formed a closed Hofmark, which was repealed in 1803 with the nunnery.
