Nikolaos Kalogeropoulos

Nikolaos Kalogeropoulos (Greek: Νικόλαος Καλογερόπουλος ) (* 1851 in Chalkida ( Evia ), † 1927) was a Greek politician and Prime Minister.

Kalogeropoulos graduated in law in Athens and Paris.

He began his political career with the election of the deputies in the National Assembly ( Vouli ton Ellinon ). He was re-elected as a representative of the constituency of Euboea total of ten times.

From October to December 1904 January to July 1908 and from February to July 1909, he was Minister of Finance in the third and fourth cabinet of Georgios Theotokis.

From September 16 to October 10, 1916, he was himself Prime Minister for the first time. During this tenure, he was also a war - and finance. In 1920 he joined, founded by Dimitrios Gounaris People's Party at ( Laiko comma). From November 1920 to February 1921 he was again Minister of Finance under Prime Minister Dimitrios Rallis.

As the successor of Dimitrios Rallis he was from 6 February to April 8, 1921 Prime Minister of the transitional government and took over at the same time the office of Foreign Minister. The Office of the Foreign Minister, he also held from 10 to September 29, 1922 in the Cabinet of Nikolaos Triantaphillakos.
