Nils-Ã…ke Sandell

Nils- Åke Sandell ( born February 5, 1927 in Lund, † 29, 1992) was a Swedish football player.

Career

Sandell began his career at the club unterklassigen Lunds BK, but he left in the direction of IFK Malmö, who played in the Allsvenskan. He then moved to Malmö FF. After two seasons in Italy SPAL 1958 he returned back to Sweden and finished his career with 1962 IS Halmia.

Between 1952 and 1956 Sandell ran 20 times for the Swedish national team. Here, get him 20 goals. With an average of a goal every international game he is in Sweden in third place behind Gunnar Nordahl (ratio 1.30 ) and Sven Rydell (ratio 1:14) at national players with at least ten inserts.
