Nobody's Fool - In the long run Irresistible ( Original title: Nobody's Fool ) is the title of an American feature film, the Robert Benton in 1994 based on the novel of the same name (published in 1993) by Richard Russo turned. The small town comedy describes the life of aging casual laborer Sully, played by Paul Newman.
Action
The sixty -year-old casual worker Sully lives in a small town. Although he gets along well with most of his fellow men, it seems as if he would miss many opportunities of life. Almost thirty years ago, he left his wife and his little son, Peter, to which he never was able to build a closer relationship. Since then he has lived with his former teacher, Miss Beryl for rent. With his boss Carl he is in a constant battle, so that it hardly leaves a useful job to him. Both result in a kind of private struggle for a snow blower. In addition, Sully is in love with Carl's wife Toby, the this constantly cheating.
