Noma (Restaurant)

Noma is a restaurant in the Danish capital Copenhagen, which has been awarded two Michelin stars. It opened in 2003 and is located in North Atlantens Brygge, a former built 1766-1767 Memory in the Christianshavn district. Since then, the Noma has been named three times to the best restaurant in the world. Its name is derived from the Danish words " nordisk " ( Nordic) and " mad" ( food).

History
