Nonsan

Nonsan is a city in the province of Chungcheongnam -do in South Korea, approximately 30 km southwest of the city of Daejeon million. Nonsan has about 130,000 inhabitants. It is known for its strawberry festival in April and for dried fish that are sold in the market as well as for the Gwanchoksa Temple. The Konyang University was founded in 1991.

Rice cultivation is the most important agricultural product Nonsans. Furthermore, cultivated in the city and surrounding areas strawberries, ginseng, apples, nashi pears, grapes and barley.
