Ohakune

Ohakune is a small town on the North Island of New Zealand. It lies at the southern end of the Tongariro National Park, near the southwest slope of the active volcano Mount Ruapehu. It is part of the Manawatu -Wanganui region and the Ruapehu District. The city is located 70 km northeast of Wanganui and 25 kilometers west of Waiouru.
