Alt Heidelberg is a German love story of Ernst Marischka in the year 1959. It is based on the play Old Heidelberg by Wilhelm Meyer- Förster.

Action

After Karl -Heinrich, Hereditary Prince of Saxe- Karlburg, has attained higher education, he is sent by his uncle, the Prince of Saxe- Karlburg, to study in Heidelberg. The crown prince is accompanied by Dr. Jüttner, who had accompanied his education so far. In Heidelberg arrived, Karl -Heinrich closes very soon at the frat Corps Saxonia. He also falls in love with Kathi, the niece of the host, in which he lives. Although Kathi is actually already engaged, she loves him too.
