One Post Office Square

The building One Post Office Square is a skyscraper in the Financial District of Boston, Massachusetts in the United States. It was completed in 1981, and is 525 ft ( 160.02 m ) tall and 41 floors, the tenth tallest building in the city. The building stands on the eponymous Post Office Square, was designed by the architectural firm TRO Jung Brannen and offers approximately 71,000 sqm of office space and 368 parking spaces in the connected, eight-story parking garage.

Details

The exterior is decorated in a modern style and consists of a steel frame with a concrete aggregate facade. The three -story lobby is patterned Rosso Verona, decorated with travertine marble walls and decorated with reflective bronze deposits floors, handrails and window sills. The heating, ventilation and air conditioning is controlled by an automatic system that ensures maximum comfort and efficiency. On the ground floor there is a private communication path to the neighboring LeMeridien hotel.
