Two International Place

The building Two International Place is a skyscraper in the Financial District of Boston, Massachusetts in the United States. It was completed in 1992 and is 538 ft ( 163.98 m ) tall and 35 floors and the ninth tallest building in the city. The skyscraper stands at a site that was formerly known as Fort Hill known and is just a few blocks from Boston's North End, the coast, the Boston South Station, Downtown Crossing and the Federal Court House.

Exterior

The building consists of a 35 storey tower and a 13 storey measured cultivation. It belongs to a complex of five buildings that are framed by two towers. The panels of the façade are made of unpolished red granite, the window openings are framed with aluminum. The windows are divided into three parts, their steadies but just painted. The crown of the building consists of an octagonal pyramid, which is surrounded by a ring, which protrudes from the roof. The tip is illuminated at nightfall.

Interior

In the center of the complex there is a fountain and a 2,323 m² area with shops and restaurants, which connects all the buildings together. The built here materials include imported marble from Spain, Italy and Africa. The gated parking garage under the building complex offers more than 800 parking spaces.
