Orlov, Stará Ľubovňa District

Orlov (Hungarian Orlo ) is a municipality in the north-eastern Slovakia near the border with Poland situated on the river Poprad.

It was first mentioned in writing in 1349 as Orlou, having been established but probably as early as 1330.

To the municipality besides the actual place belongs also the place Andrejovka, which was incorporated in 1873 and is located upstream to the east.
