Papyrus 73

(Referred to Gregory- Aland Sigel 73) Papyrus 73 is an early medieval Greek copy of the New Testament. It is a papyrus manuscript of the Gospel of Matthew contains only the verses 25.43 and 26.2 to 3. Using palaeography, it has been dated to the 7th century.

The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type. Aland placed it in Category V.

The manuscript is currently being kept in the Bibliotheca Bodmeriana (L ) in Cologny.
