Papyrus 91

(Referred to Gregory- Aland Sigel 91) Papyrus 91 is an early copy of the Greek New Testament. It is a papyrus manuscript containing fragments of Acts: the verses from chapters from 3.13 to 4.4 and 4.9-5.1. By means of the palaeographical finding, the manuscript has been dated to the 3rd century.

The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Alexandrian text-type. Philip W. Comfort is located to the Proto - Alexandrian text category, although the scope for accurate mapping is too fragmentary and small.

Place to keep

The greater part of 91 is at the Instituto di Papyrologia at the University of Milan ( P. Mil. Frofi 1224. Inv. ) Held in Milan. The smaller part is kept at the Ancient History Documentary Research Centre at Macquarie University ( Macquarie P. inv 360) in Sydney.
