The Pau-Pyrenees airport lies in the municipality Uzien in the French department of Pyrénées- Atlantiques. Support to the airport is the Commerce and Industry Chamber of Pau. History

The origins of today's airport dating to 1909, the Wright Brothers and Louis Blériot flew from here later. The regiments use different helicopter types manufactured by Eurocopter. A squadron of the 4th Regiment is in Cazaux and two more are stationed at Villacoublay.

Civil use

The airport is served by Twin Jet, Ryanair, Air France and Transavia. Scheduled destinations are Marseille, London, Paris, Brussels, Bristol, Lyon and Amsterdam.
