Petar Đorđić ( Serbian Cyrillic Петар Ђорђић, born September 17, 1990 in Sabac ) is a Serbian handball player. The right hand plays in the Handball - Bundesliga HSV Hamburg left back.

Career

In youth Petar Đorđić played to B Youth at SG Wallau Mass Home and most recently at the HSG Hochheim / Wicker, then he switched to TV Kirchzell. There he was employed in both the Regional team and in the A- youth. In January 2008 Đorđić, who was regarded as one of the greatest talents in the German handball was courted by both TV Großwallstadt, as well as the HSG Wetzlar. Đorđić decided to change to HSG Wetzlar, because he saw there better development opportunities for themselves. In addition, there his father Zoran Đorđić played in goal. 1 February 2010, he moved on to the SG Flensburg -Handewitt. With Flensburg in 2012, he won the European Cup Winners' Cup. In the summer of 2013 he moved to HSV Hamburg.

Petar Đorđić was in the provisional squad of Serbian national team for the World Cup 2011; to December 2010, he played eight games in which he threw 22 goals. Then he decided to try to play for the German men's national handball team, but is still waiting on naturalization.

On 2 April 2008 Petar Đorđić attended along with his father Zoran Đorđić the game of HSG Wetzlar against the Rhein- Neckar Löwen for a first in the history of the German Handball Bundesliga for the first time were father and son working together in a team on the field.
