The vineyard Pfaff mountain with vineyards in Entringen belongs to the Upper Neckar area of the vineyard Württemberg. In 1999 worked winery in Entringen 0.44 ha and in the circle of Tübingen almost 33 hectares of vineyards. A 2009er Pinot Meunier Pinot Noir was the Bronze Award coin.
Geology
From geological significance are at Pfaffenberg Keuper formations: Until the 1960s Schilfsandstein was on the top removed. Today, located in the former quarry Märchensee, which is caused by an unplanned flooding.
