Pila Partido

Pila is a Partido in the Argentine province of Buenos Aires. The Partido had in the census 2001 3.318 inhabitants - in 2010 estimated the INDEC, the population of the Partidos to 3,718. With a surface of 3495 km ² Pila is thus one of the most sparsely populated province partidos. The name is from Pila pila bautismal ( " font " ) can be derived, as the water of the Río Salado local taste as salty.
