Polom (Rychnov nad Kněžnou District)

Polom is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is eleven miles north- west of Ústí nad Orlicí and belongs to Okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou.

Geography

Polom lies between the valleys of the rivers Wild eagles and Brodec on ​​the Chotzener panel ( Choceňské tabule ).

Neighboring towns are Potštejn in the north, Brná in the northeast, Sopotnice in the east, Hájek and Malá Skrovnice in the south, Sudslava the southwest, Lhoty u Potštejna in the west and Nové Litice and Proruby in the northwest.
