The route of the kings and emperors is the name of a tourist route in Poznan in Poland.

The route of the kings and emperors includes the main attractions of the city of Poznan. The route takes you to places that are connected with the rulers, and thus passes through the historically most valuable parts of the city, documenting the urban and cultural development of the city. Under the name " The route of the kings and emperors " various projects are summarized, including Events of a cultural, artistic and educational nature, which are realized in close co-operation of the public administration, institutions of education and science, as well as representatives of the arts and higher education, and tourism organizations. The route of the kings and emperors provides for them is a common platform for action and allows close cooperation in the development of the city unified cultural and tourist offer. The program began in 2005 under the auspices of the Municipal Office (Office for Urban Development Administration Posen). It represents the realization of several directives of the National Strategy of Cultural Development (2004-2013)
