Prequel

The English term prequel ( [pri ː kwəl ]; neologism from the prefix pre - "before" and sequel " episode, continued " ) refers to a story that is related to a previously published work, the action ( the narrated time) but before that is located. This is so not about a sequel in the true sense, because the already -known story is not continued, but its an additional part of the story is prefixed. Prequels are found in various media such as literature, film and television, the opera and also in computer games. The counterpart to the prequel, the sequel.
