Pülümür also Pılemoriye is a district and a city in the province of Tunceli in Turkey.

The county Pülümür located in the northeast of the province and covers an area of ​​1476 km ². It borders the provinces of Erzincan and Bingöl. The county has 2945 inhabitants ( 2011). About half of all people live ( 1408 inhabitants) in the city Pülümür.

Zazaki is before Kurmanji the most commonly spoken language of the district, the northern of the three dialect groups ( Nordzazaki ) is predominant.

In Pülümür chromium, salt and marble are mined.

Christian Ude, Mayor of Munich (September 2013), was named an honorary citizen Pülümürs 2005. According to him also the community center of Pülümür is named.
