Radio Trst A

Radio Trieste A ( also known as Rai A Trieste ) is an Italian radio station that is aimed at the Slovenian minority in Italy. It is operated by Radiotelevisione Italiana.

The program is produced in Trieste and is locally on FM, medium wave ( 981 kHz ) and DVB- T can be received.

History

A Trieste in 1931 as a radio Trieste - Trieste and founded Radio in World War II in Radio Littoral - Radio littoral Adriatico - Primorsky renamed radio. Following the acquisition of the program by the Yugoslav People's Army, the program was called from May 1945 Radio Trieste Libera - Radio Svobodni Trieste. A short time later, the program has been restarted and then took over temporarily the Italian, Slovenian and Croatian language broadcasts of the BBC World Service. In 1954, the station for Radiotelevisione Italiana and is still operated by today.
