Rai Gulp

Rai Gulp is a children's television channel of the Italian public broadcaster RAI. Rai Gulp broadcasts its program since 1 July 2007; January 19, 2009, the program is exclusively transmitted digitally. The channel is broadcast unencrypted over the Europe to air satellite Eutelsat Hot Bird 13C.

The target audience of the channel has been postponed several times gradually since its launch: First, RAI Gulp taught at 4 - to 10 - year-old children, from July 2009 to 7 - to 12 -year-old, and since 2011 at 8 - to 14 -year-old. Besides series cartoons and educational programs are offered. The division transmitter broadcasts its programs daily 6-23 clock from. The most programs are repeated at least once. Between 23 and 6 clock these programs are repeated a second time.

The RAI operates an additional children's television channel, which, however, is aimed at younger children except Rai Gulp Rai YoYo with. Both channels are conducted by RAI Children's television division RAI Ragazzi, located in Turin, which is also responsible for children's programs in the full program Rai 2.
