Rafael Pollack
Rafael Pollack ( born October 28, 1988 in Vienna) is an Austrian football player.
Club career
After holding several positions as a youth player at small Lower Austrian clubs Pollack came in 2005 in the AKA Admira Wacker Mödling before he was in the 2006/07 season at the age of seventeen to join the senior squad of Mödlinger. His debut for the first team he was on 30 March 2007 in the game against the SC -ESV Parndorf. This was followed by 11 more missions in the First League, of which he only completed 2 of the full 90 minutes. At the end he managed with the Admiralty narrowly avoid relegation, but the traditional club was due to the disastrous financial situation in the club no license for the coming season and had relegated to the Regionalliga Ost. As for the season 2007/ 08 then the Schwadorf patron Trenkwalder Admira boarding in, Pollack had been transferred to the Regional Intern SV Würmla.
In the team around precious technician Mark " Magic" Aigner he could fight for a regular place in the first round and finished the season 13 games with 4 Torerfolgen each other immediately. When his contract ended during the winter break, he did not renew it, but went again at club search.
Then his change in the Dutch Eredivisie to NAC Breda was announced in March 2008. In Breda, which is traditionally found in the " Subtop " the Eredivisie, he had a hard time on the established 3- man Joonas Kolkka storm, Matthew Amoah and Anthony Lurling was no getting past. As Bench established players such as Ellery Cairo were also preferred. Thus Pollack came only in the junior round for use and had no first division. In March 2009, NAC was then announced the termination of the contract with Pollack. In consequence, a change to second division AGOVV Apeldoorn, after which he was without a club again smashed.
Only in September 2009, he was with the deutschten fourth division VfB Lübeck a new club. There he met fellow countryman Rolf Landerl, which was changed in the summer as a guide players to Lübeck. Pollack signed a one year contract option for a further notice.
After he then was able to win a regular place and until December came to only three brief appearances in the league, termination of contract he was offered by the club, which he agreed. End of January 2010, he then moved back to Austria in the Regional League East for FAC Team für Wien, which he with five Torerfolgen in June 2010 left after thirteen games.
