Railway vehicle owner's code

The two-character code for the property feature was used as an index number of a railroad car in the car number. Until 2005 it was coded with the owner of a car, then the two digit UIC Country Code took his place. Was the owner of the state railway of the country, therefore, remained the syntax of the car number is usually the same, but the semantics is different.
