Raron (district)

The district Raron (French District de Rarogne ) in the canton of Valais was one of 13 Zehnden the State Wallis before 1848. It now consists of two districts that are geographically separated from each other by the District Brig.

The district east Raron (French Rarogne oriental ) with its capital Morel consists of the following municipalities:
