Raúl Bravo

Raúl Bravo Sanfelix ( born April 14, 1981 in Gandia, Valencia Province ) is a Spanish football player.

Career

His first club was a UD Almoines. About CF Gandía then he came to Real Madrid, where he played from 2000 in the first team. The left-back was considered a great talent, had at Real Madrid Roberto Carlos but overwhelming competition at his position and therefore moved to England in January 2003 on loan to Leeds United.

Beginning of the season 2003/ 04 he returned to Real Madrid and arrived there in the next few years primarily as a central defender for use. For the season 2007/ 08 Raul Bravo changed for 1.5 million euros to the Greek first division club Olympiacos Piraeus. There he could initially also not successful and was loaned out in the second half of 2008/ 09 on CD Numancia. After his return he became a regular in Piraeus.

In summer 2011 he decided to return to Spain and signed a contract with Rayo Vallecano, but where he could not prevail.

End of August 2012 he signed a one-year contract with Belgian first division side Beerschot AC until the end of June 2013.

Raúl Bravo played between 2002 and 2004 fourteen times in the Spanish national team.
