Real de Banjul F.C.

The Real de Banjul Football Club is a football club based in Banjul, the capital of the West African State Gambia. He plays in the GFA League First Division, the highest division in Gambian football, and last won in the 2006/2007 season the championship. This will also be guaranteed a place in the CAF Confederation Cup 2009, where the team but due to the small financial issues will be able to participate.

The club qualified for the years 1999, 2000 and 2001 for the CAF Champions League.

For the first time in Real de Banjul appearance came in the 1967/68 season, before the team played under the name of Benson and Hedges.
