Reed Diamond

Reed Edward Diamond ( born July 20, 1967 in New York City, New York ) is an American actor.

Biography

Reed Diamond grew up in New York City, the son of the astrologer Allison and theater director Bob Diamond. He studied in the 1980s at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Initially, he had wanted to work with the police, but then attended the renowned Juilliard School and learned there the art of acting. Then he played some time at the Broadway Theatre.

At the beginning of his acting career, he had supporting roles in films such as Memphis Belle and The Cartel. From 1995 to 1998, he played a major role in the crime series Homicide as Detective Mike Kellerman. He appeared in a total of six seasons of the series and in 2000 also in the same movie. In 2002, he starred in three episodes of the crime series The Shield. In the series Judging Amy, he had from 2002 to 2003 a significant supporting role as the judge Amy Gray.

He made ​​guest appearances in addition to various U.S. series and movies such as Spiderman 2 and SWAT - The special unit until he co-starred in the television series Journeyman 2007 - received the Portal of Time. After the series was canceled after only one season, he moved in 2009 to the ensemble of Dollhouse, where he dressed as Laurence Dominic is currently a permanent supporting role.
