Renze Fij

Renze Fij ( born September 26, 1992, Enschede) is a Dutch football player. The goalkeeper is since the 2012/13 season at Ehrendivisionär Heracles Almelo under contract.

Career

Fij came from Enscheder amateur club vv Victoria '28 on the football academy of FC Twente, with the participation of Heracles Almelo and Go Ahead Eagles Deventer are involved. Players are therefore eligible to play for all three clubs. Even as A Teenager Fij were so 17 years for the Eagles his debut in professional football. On November 30, 2012, he sat in the Eerste Divisie match against Helmond Sport in the bank. As a regular keeper Remko Pasveer in the 76th minute turned out - he had lost in a collision with an opponent a tooth - had Fij the score of 2-1 in goal for the visitors. In the season 2011/2012 Fij spent a year at FC Groningen, but switched after the season together with Brian van Loo to Heracles Almelo. In the season 2012/13 Fij came alternating with van Loo and the third goalkeeper Michael Brouwer in the second team Jong SC Heracles Almelo used. None of them could jeopardize the regular place of Remko Pasveer, Fij remained without obligation stake.
