Rex Smith
Rex Smith ( born September 19, 1955 in Jacksonville, Florida) is an American singer and actor.
Life
Smith was an American teen idol in the late 1970s. In 1979 he was in the U.S. a top- 10 hit with the single You Take My Breath Away from his gold album Sooner and Later. He first appeared on Broadway in a 1978 production of the musical Grease on, followed by another, some long-term commitment. Smith also appeared as a television actor, awareness in German-speaking countries, he obtained by starring as a motorcycle police officer Jesse Mach in the television series Street Hawk in 1985 He also had guest roles in television series like Love Boat, The Sentinel -. The eye of the hunter, Cagney & Lacey and JAG. In 2000, Rex Smith published his album Simply ... Rex. In 2008, he joined, among others, live in the sold-out Hard Rock Cafe in Manila in the Philippines.
Smith is married to his second wife and has five children.
