The Richmond Wildcats were an American ice hockey franchise in the Southern Hockey League from Richmond, Virginia.
History
The Richmond Wildcats were added to the 1976/77 season as an expansion team in the Southern Hockey League. The league was still dissolved due to financial problems during the premiere season of the Wildcats and also the Wildcats stopped the game operation. At this time they finished fifth out of seven places in the SHL. The only coach the Wildcats was the Canadian ex- NHL players Forbes Kennedy.
