RÃo Cauto, Cuba
Cauto Río is a municipality of the Cuban province of Granma, situated in the valley of the river of the same name.
Río cauto has 47,600 inhabitants ² on an area of 1505 km. It is geographically the largest municipality of Granma.
Agriculture is the largest industry in Río cauto dar. Great content makes the cultivation of sugar cane. Livestock, fisheries and rice cultivation also have great significance.
Geographical Location
Río cauto is located in the northwest of the province of Granma. In the north and northeast, the municipality borders the province of Las Tunas, to the south by the Municipalities Yara and Bayamo, on the east by the municipality of cauto Cristo and bordered to the west by the Gulf of Río cauto Guanacayabo.
