Stations as a player

Marcos Roberto Saporiti began his professional career in 1957 at the CA Independiente, where he was under contract until 1961 and with whom he won the 1960 Argentine football championship. Then he played for CA Lanus (1962 /63) and Deportivo Español (1963 /64) before he stood between 1965 and 1970 at several clubs abroad, including Racing Club de Montevideo and Millonarios de Bogotá ( 1966), under contract. In 1971 he returned to his homeland and ended his active career in the service of CA Platense.

Teams managed

As a coach Saporiti was several times when CA Talleres under contract; as early as the 1970s, and finally once again when he was taken shortly before the season ends in May 2009 to keep the team from relegation, but this failed.

In the 1990s, Saporiti coached a number of Mexican clubs: his first and longest stop was between 1991 and 1994 for three years at the club Necaxa. He then coached the Club León ( 1994), Atlético Celaya ( 1998), Pumas de la UNAM (1998-1999 ), the Tecos de la UAG (1999), the CF Atlante ( 2000) and the CD Vera Cruz (2001) and 2005 again the Puebla FC. Even with Puebla overtook him relegation from the top division. He led the team through the last eight games of the Clausura 2005 and was in this half season 's third coach of the Camoteros by Ignacio Palou and Ricardo Campos, who had charge of the team for six and three games.

His greatest success as a coach celebrated Saporiti with the ex- Maradona club Argentinos Juniors, whom he 1984 Torneo Metropolitano championship lead, which was the first title ever in the club's history.
