Roberto Zanetti

Savage ( born November 28, 1956 in Massa as Roberto Zanetti ) is an Italian musician and producer who during the Italo - disco scene had its artistic peak in the 1980s.

Zanetti played as an amateur in various bands keyboard. His entry as a professional musician was in the band " Santa Rosa", the success of the single " souvenir " in Italy, 200,000 sold. In 1983 he took the stage name " Savage " and began his career as a solo artist. The first title of Savage Do not Cry Tonight 1983 was a great international success.

For his work as a producer Zanetti chose the name Robyx. Under this label emerged - above all since the early 1990s - many successful productions for Zucchero, Corona, Alexia, Double You, Ice MC and other artists.

His songs have been covered multiple times, for example, appeared the entire album Tonight in Chinese language, sung by a Chinese rock star. Even today occurs Savage at major events such as the Diskoteka -80 end of the year 2006 in Moscow and is hailed by many fans.
