Roman Catholic Bishop of Acre

Ptolemais in Phoenicia ( Italian: Tolemaide di Fenicia ) is a titular of the Roman Catholic Church.

It goes back to a bygone bishopric in the ancient city of Akko ( Acre temporarily ), which was in the Roman province of Syria Phoenice or in Late Antiquity Phoenice in Israel today. The bishop's seat was allocated to the ecclesiastical province of Tyre.
