Roman Catholic Diocese of Tula

The Diocese of Tula (Latin: Dioecesis Tullanensis, Spanish: diócesis de Tula ) is a location in Mexico Roman Catholic diocese based in Tula de Allende.

History

The Diocese of Tula was February 27, 1961 by Pope John XXIII. quandoque built with the Apostolic Constitution postulant out of territory of the Archdiocese of Mexico City and the Diocese Tulancingo and the archbishopric of Mexico City is a suffragan.

On 25 November 2006, the Diocese of Tula was by Pope Benedict XVI. the Archdiocese Tulancingo assumed with the Apostolic Constitution Mexicani populi suffragan.
