Romualdas Murauskas

Romualdas Murauskas ( born October 2, 1934 in Kaunas, † May 23, 1979 ) was a Soviet boxer Lithuanian origin. He was winner of a bronze medal at the 1956 Olympics in the light heavyweight division.

Career

Romualdas Murauskas grew up in Lithuania and began as a teenager with the boxes. He became a member of the sports club Zalgiris Kaunas. He was one of many boxers from the Baltic states, which were in the 1950s in the Soviet national team, box.
