Ron Staniforth

Ronald "Ron" Staniforth ( born April 13, 1924 in Manchester, † October 1988 in Barrow-in -Furness ) was an English footballer. As Fullback he was during the 1954 World Cup in Switzerland starting players the England team.

Sports career

Staniforth served as a young man during the Second World War in the Royal Navy and worked as a milkman later.
