Ron Tauranac

Ron Tauranac ( born January 13, 1924 in New South Wales, Australia) is an Australian engineer, former designer of racing cars in Formula 1 and co-founder of the Brabham.

Life

1946 Ron Tauranac began with his brother Lewis with the construction of racing cars. He thus entered in Australian racing series and learned in this way the young Jack Brabham know. Brabham went to Europe and invited Tauranac 1960 to work together with him in England Triumph Heralds with Climax engines.
