Ronald Zoodsma

Ronald Zoodsma ( born September 5, 1966 in Sneek ) is a former Dutch volleyball player.

Ronald Zoodsma began with the volleyball with their home club Animo Sneek. In 1985 he moved to the top of Club Martinus Amstelveen. He was three times Dutch champion under coach Arie Selinger and took third place three times in the European Champions Cup. 1990/91 played Ronald Zoodsma TSV Milbertshofen in the German Bundesliga and is filed under coach Stelian Moculescu German masters. He then played four years at the top Italian club Gabeca Monte Chiari, with whom he won the 1992 European Cup Winners' Cup. 1996/97 played the middle blocker at Moers SC in the Bundesliga again. From 1999 to 2001 Ronald Zoodsma played back in his home at Piet Zoomers Apeldoorn, with whom he was in 2000 Dutch Cup winner and 2001 champion.

Ronald Zoodsma played 349 times for the Dutch national team, bringing with this in Barcelona at the 1992 Olympic Games silver for the Netherlands, as they lost the final 0-3 to Brazil.

Since 2010, Ronald Zoodsma is head coach at Dutch club AB Groningen / Lycurgus.
