Ruggero Marzoli
Ruggero Marzoli ( born April 2, 1976 in Pescara ) is an Italian former racing cyclist.
Career
Ruggero Marzoli began his career in 1999 at Cantina Tollo. He celebrated his first success in 2003, after he moved to Alessio. He won a stage at Tirreno- Adriatico and ended the race in third place overall. In 2004 he went to Acqua e Sapone, took part in the Giro d' Italia and finished it on the 23th Place. In the 2005 season Marzoli wins a stage of the Tour of Slovenia and the Italian one-day race Trofeo Matteotti. The UCI Europe Tour 2005, he concludes on the fourth. In 2006 he drove for the Italian ProTour team Lampre- Fondital. In 2008 Marzoli was suspended for six months in a doping process. End of the 2012 season, he finished his career.
