Ryo Un-hui
Ryo Un -hui ( born August 9, 1994) is a North Korean weightlifter. It was 2013 vice world champion in the weight category to 69 kg body weight.
Career
About the origin and career progression of Ryo Un -hui in North Korea, little is known. She appeared in 2009 for the first time at an international championship. She launched this year at the Junior World Championship (U 17) in Chiang Mai / Thailand in the weight class up to 63 kg, and products obtained in a duel 196 kg ( 91-105 ). They finished in the duel rating the 4th Place. With her performance in the snatch of 91 kg, but was Junior World Champion.
The next time you start at an international championship, she completed only in November 2012. She launched this month at the Asian Junior Championship (U 20) in Yangon. She had grown inzwischenin the weight category to 69 kg. In the duel, it achieved there 262 kg ( 116-146 ) and won so clearly before Schasira Schapparkul, Kazakhstan, 232 kg, and Wang SDIC, China, 225 kg ( 105-120 ).
In June 2013 were Asia champion in the weight class up to 69 kg Ryo Un -hui in Astana with a duel capacity of 263 kg ( 118-145 ). So you drew her compatriot Rim Jong -sim that was in London in 2012 became Olympic champion in this weight class, on the 2nd place. The performance of Rim Jong -sim was 255 kg ( 112-143 ) in a duel. On the basis of this result, Ryo Un -hui was preferred to Rim Jong -sim at the World Championships in 2013 in Wrocław. In Wrocław she scored in a duel 262 kg ( 119-143 ), and thus became vice world champion in a duel behind Xiang Yanmei, China, which came to 271 kg ( 123-145 ).
The fact that Ryo Un -hui was only able to take part in few international championships, is also due to the fact that North Korea did not participate in many of these championships for political or economic reasons.
