Ryoo Seung-wan
Ryoo Seung -wan (born 15 December 1973) is a South Korean film director, screenwriter, producer and actor. He is the big brother of the actor Ryoo Seung- beom, who often participates in his films.
Ryoo is considered outspoken Action specialist whose fight scenes and actresses management are discussed friendly. His largely loveless, one-dimensional scenarios, however, are often criticized.
He started 2000 with the episode film The Bad, 2002, the film came Noir No Blood No Tears by two women ( taxi driver Kyeong - seon ( Hye- yeong Lee) and Su -ji ( Do- yeon Jeon ) ) the gangsters abluchsen a bunch of money.
The fantasy strip Arahan 2004 was relatively successful with 2 million viewers in Korea, but was discussed negative.
Only the boxing film Crying Fist in 2005 with the Korean top star Choi Min -sik is true success in all.
At City of Violence ( police officer meets with murder investigation on old school friend ) but was again lamented the stereotypical screenplay.
As an actor Ryoo appeared in Oasis, with Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance and Lady Vengeance.
