S.C. Covilhã

Sporting Clube da Covilhã is a football club from the Portuguese city of Covilhã.

The club played since the 2005/ 06 season in the second Portuguese league, the Liga de Honra (Honorary League ). The biggest success of the club was in the finals to the Portuguese Cup in 1957, but which was lost against Benfica. Despite the sporty descent in the 2011/12 season the SC Covilhã was because of the Premiership relegation União Leiria the conditions for participation did not meet, as a participant in the Segunda Liga 2012/13 confirmed.
