CD Aves
Clube Desportivo das Aves is a football club based in the Portuguese municipality of Vila das Aves near Santo Tirso in the north of the country. In addition to the football department are in the club even football schools for young players as well as two very successful futsal teams in the women's and men's area.
History
The club was founded on 12 November 1930. After Erstligasaison 1985/86 the club was relegated and then played 14 years in the lower leagues of Portugal before 2000, the resurgence in the Primeira Liga succeeded. However, it was followed by the immediate re descent. Until the 2005/06 season Desportivo das Aves was always on the front seats of the Liga de Honra (Honorary League ). Then succeeded the renewed rise in the Primeira Liga, which, however, again followed by the direct re- descent.
