Sailing at the 1920 Summer Olympics
The VII Summer Olympics in Antwerp in 1920 fourteen competitions were held in sailing before Oostende, ten more than in 1912.
Two competitions (8.5 -meter - 1919 9-meter -1907 ) did not take place due to lack of participants. Only one of the participating boats, the second Belgian in the type 1907 6 -meter class, did not win any medal. Five gold medals were awarded to Scandinavian boats that had no competitors in their classes.
