Sam Michael

Sam Michael ( born April 29, 1971) is an Australian engineer and designer of racing cars in Formula 1

Michael grew up in Canberra and studied at the University of New South Wales in Sydney engineering. He took while studying in touch with Gregg Siddle, the former manager of Nelson Piquet and Roberto Moreno, on which at that time owned a racing team in the Australian Formula Holden. Siddle gave Michael in parallel to study a job in his team and commended him after the end of his compatriot Peter Collins, who worked at that time for Lotus in Formula 1.

In 1993, Michael to Norfolk to work on the side of Peter Wright in the development department of Lotus to data acquisition and race simulation.
