Samurai Harem: Asu no Yoichi

Asu no Yoichi! (Japanese明日 の よいち! ) is a Japanese manga series written by Yū Minamoto. The series has been published since the October 2006 issue of the Japanese magazine Monthly Shōnen within Champion time for the March 2011 edition.

The manga series was adapted in 2009 by an anime television series, which was animated by AIC and was first broadcast from January 8 to March 26, 2009 on Japanese television on TBS.

Action

After Yoichi over 17 years on a remote mountain studied the martial arts, he is sent by his father to the city to learn there with the family Ikaruga more skills because his father would not know what he could still teach him. There he is taken up by Ibuki and her three younger sisters, and they allow him to train in their dojo. His life turns out there but more difficult than expected, since it is not at all familiar with living in a city and he by "stupid coincidences" and misadventures of the sisters is in many scenes to a load. In particular, he is again and again considered tensioner, which he draws the ire of the sisters themselves.

Formation and Publications

The manga Asu no Yoichi! was written by Yū Minamoto as well as illustrated. He appeared in the October 2006 issue of the magazine Monthly Shōnen Champion within. The last and final chapter was published in the March 2011 edition. The chapters of the manga have been grouped into fifteen tankōbon editions that appeared since 6 October 2006 at the distance of about a quarter.

The manga was licensed in Taiwan by Sharp Point Press and in North America by Tokyopop. Tokyopop published this since 25 May 2009 under the title Samurai Harem: Asu no Yoichi! .

Anime

Work on a Apdaption as an anime television series began on 6 August 2008. Director of the twelve -part series led, known for anime with rich Fanservice Director Rion Kujo.

The series was first broadcast on January 8, 2009 at the Japanese television station TBS, where it ran until 26 March 2009. Other broadcasters also began a few days later with the broadcast. These included Sun Television, Chubu- Nippon Broadcasting and BS -i.

The release on DVD began on 25 March 2009. Overall the anime on six DVDs was released by the which was to buy last 21 August 2009. Each of the DVDs containing two episodes and was offered in a simple approach, and in a limited edition with additional features.

Music releases

On 21 January 2009, the Single Egao no Riyu (笑顔 の 理由) interpreted by Meg Skirt was published by Geneon. In summary, this was the opening credits of the series. In the credits of the series the title Life and proud of Aki Misato was used, which was published on 4 February 2009 as a single.

The two previously released singles joined a series of character singles that were sung by the seiyū of the respective characters. The first two singles, which were dedicated Ibuki and Ayame, were published on 25 February 2009. The last two singles of the series has been released on 25 March 2009 and were Chihaya and Kagome dedicated. Were composed and arranged the titles of the singles from Masumi Itō.
